When they announced that the default would be Gnome?
I did not read ONE POST, not ONE that liked the move.
Novell has had to ensure that they continued to include KDE and would support it, on the fear of mass defection of their users. This in spite of the logic of the move, given Novell+Ximian.
Oh yeah. Enterprise solution providers love Gnome, especially those enterprise solution providers that eschew the desktop, like Red Hat.
Of course, I'm sure that Gnomes will find some rationalisation on why those users should be ignored. Probably that users that have problems or needs beyond what Gnome provides aren't 'targeted' or some such nonsense.
