The thing about guns is...
...if you have to use them to scare an intruder out of your house, you're pretty fucked already. I'd rather have a good sword or mace - no chance of misfire, and the fucker is guaranteed disabled if you get them with a good clip. I've seen enough shit about PCP-ingesting nutzos taking 5 rounds to the chest, then getting up and coming after you that a gun just won't do it. I'd rather cut their arms off or crush their skull, it's safer that way.
Plus, you don't accidentally hit the wrong person that way.
