"Crummy music" == music I do not like to listen to. The phrase is inherently subjective, and as such you can't tell me what I can call crummy.

when you say crummy, you definitely cast aspersions on competence.

Here's an example; have you ever heard of a crummy programmer? Why were they crummy? Was it a question of taste? Or competence?
