I was laid-off Januaray 2002. I've had two job offers fall through, about 5 other interviews but I'm still without an official job. Doing some contract work occassionaly but that's not enough to live on. Fortunately, my wife has been able to keep the boat afloat and I've been able to cover the unexpected expenses. I have a couple of job leads that might turn serious. We'll see. I've just put together an application package for a Masters program in Education and Technology. If I'm accepted that will start in September. The kids are still enjoying school and we're keeping them busy with swimming lessons, gymnastics and soccer. In short we're used to things being a whole bunch better, but we're doing ok.
