The point is that Beep is suggesting we make policy to benefit the 2% creative/entrepreneurial part of the populace to the detriment of everyone else. The thing is, not everybody's suited for business. Yep, it's true... I know that market man is the acme, but not everybody's there yet. Still, even though most people don't have the persona and brain tools to do that job (and that's a good thing... where would the people that you know, make the stuff that those 2% sell/market/finance/whatever come from?) we should make sure that we give those 2% the entire store and leave one out of every six folks in the dirt and slowly chisel the rest until they're just above the dirt because They Surround Us.
