Jack Gifford is pretty impressive, too,

I knew Gifford was Maxim's CEO, but I didn't know he ran Intersil and was co-founder of AMD.

If you like this type of stuff, you'd probably enjoy Bob Pease's column; if it's not available at National Semiconductor, you can subscribe to Electronics Design.
