Call for a test:
Post if you can see the customer reviews, and your domain name.
My theory is that Amazon is not showing the customer reviews for a book about management to .com sites, in order not to scare away potential PHB purchases.
If the theory is borne out, I'll email The Register.

Don't think it is that simple
My home machine doesn't see it either.
OTOH I do have a firewall between me and them. Perhaps that is what they are looking for?
Cheers, Ben

I have a firewall at home and work.

What's your domain at home?

Cannot see the customer reviews now. I did earlier.
Same machine, same browser (moz). Strange indeed.

Can see it here... And Amazon prices are getting better.
In fact, I can get all 106 customer reviews here while I'm logged in there. The page is different from the one I saw earlier in the day (it shows 2 Spotlight Reviews and 2 more Customer Reviews now)
I'm on a .com domain, but I'd rather not say which...
BTW, Amazon's prices seem to have gotten much better recently on computer hardware. They've been as cheap as or cheaper than NewEgg.com on some items I purchased recently (e.g. a Samsung 40x12x40 CD-RW for $59.99 boxed vs $70 for the OEM version from NewEgg.).
Cheers, Scott.

Weird
I'm logged in. Accessing from surewest.net I can see the review from the link provided. No other customer reviews are listed. If I click customer review on the sidebar, I get one 5 star review ("splish splash for my new fishy affirmation!"). I don't see the 106 customer reviews you mention anywhere. And there are no spotlight reviews. There is a bunch of stuff under editorial reviews too.
Avg review is 4 stars (5+1)/2=4??

Maybe you've been cookied as a particular type.
I am out of the country for the duration of the Bush administration. Please leave a message and I'll get back to you when democracy returns.

I can see it from here [Edit - clarified]
Domain upm-kymmene.com, no Amazon login (that I know of; maybe their Squid has something cached?), IE 5.0.
[Edit: Clarification] That is, I see the rant on the main page, and *only* the "Emily Wimminstone" one on the separate Customer Reviews page. (All in all, one fifty-third as many customer reviews as, e.g, DrooK sees!)

I see them all from work
The rant is the spotlight review, and I see all 106 customer reviews.
