This is a non-issue - nice to say this problem was solved. Anyone who dual boots Linux and Windows uses his Windows fonts and X with RENDER so the font issue is completely solved (better even than in Windows, because of pervasive subpixel antialiasing). The problem must then be lack of good taste, or laziness, because no one seems to bother making this process easy - which is of course what Grygus was getting at.

The lack of good taste shows up everywhere in Linux distros. It's like an operating system with boogers in its mustache and mustard on its shirt.
