Made a big Difference in how I look at Weight... period.

Being FAT, is not something to be suffered through, but something to be managed!

I am successful, in implementing lots O stuff... Why the HELL can I NOT manage my weight...

As of now it is a project to be managed. I only eat when I am hungry... distinguishing Hunger and thirst is a needed skill there. I only eat until I am satiated. Whatever it is, only till I am NOT hungry anymore... and NOT FULL... oh yeah... Drink plenty of Fluids... Water, Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Coke, Unsweetened Brewed Iced Tea, Crystal Light... you get the drift.

Edit= BTW, I look alot different than when that picture was taken...
