OK, here's one of my usual nits:

"It's causing them a lot of trouble, done nothing to stop piracy, and it has caused tremendous ill will and bad publicity."

Should probably be:

"It is causing them a lot of trouble, it has done nothing to stop piracy, and it has caused tremendous ill will and bad publicity."
