Still, it might be a good idea to visit a solicitor.

If that doesn't pan out, I guess you can look at it as: You'll have a new car when the repairs are done.

New The only thing I might be able to make stick:
I'm going to call the place where the other repairs were made and see if the car was brought in for transmission or oil leaks, and if that isn't in the sheaf he gave me, then I might have a fraud charge.
