Well, we've got a new M$ shill/.NET advocate, among us.
But, just in case it is a big deal first...
We shall let the person tell it to us.
And trust me, it *IS NOT* someone you would expect to be.
but anyway, congratualtions on getting out of the other place while it was on your terms!

I'd consider that highly unlikely
Or at least if she did find something to like, it would be flavoured with a big dose of disliking "pointy-clicky disease" caused by "developers" who only know how to navigate Microsoft wizards.
OTOH I would not be shocked if the mystery person was admin.

*Used to* do VB
And how do you get "Windows" from "likes Java" (and it's more like, "sucks less than the viable alternatives" than "likes")?
I've been running Linux as my *work* desktop OS for about 6 or 7 years now...

Let the denials begin
In the same way that celebrities deny being gay by appearing with their wives, we'd better appear with our anti-MS credentials and philosophies.
JBoss/Tomcat/Struts/Oracle/SQL Server programmer. Java/J2EE is better than .NET because it's more mature and can run on Linux boxes without a license. And the company is less vulnerable to severe audits.

But we must kill them. We must incinerate them. Pig after pig, cow after cow, village after village, army after army. And they call me an assassin. What do you call it when the assassins accuse the assassin? They lie. They lie and we must be merciful to those who lie. - Colonol Kurtz, Apocalypse Now.
