I'd consider that highly unlikely
Or at least if she did find something to like, it would be flavoured with a big dose of disliking "pointy-clicky disease" caused by "developers" who only know how to navigate Microsoft wizards.
OTOH I would not be shocked if the mystery person was admin.

And how do you get "Windows" from "likes Java" (and it's more like, "sucks less than the viable alternatives" than "likes")?
I've been running Linux as my *work* desktop OS for about 6 or 7 years now...
