There are a small number of non-White Republicans to be found in appointed posistions. But the number of non-White Republicans that hold national elected office is a near zero number and at the state and local level they are under represented.

On the other hand the Republican party is getting more diverse, slowly and painfully, but it is happening. And I will admit, Bush has done a good job of bringing diversity into the White House. I would rather he had brought competency, but that's just me.
