That sucks.

Little bits of advice I can offer include

1) Quit drinking for a bit. Its not good when depressed.

2) Seek the fellowship of happy single people - places that organize big group activities are what you want. This may be the largest single redeeming quality of churches is that they offer singles social groups - group activity stuff (adventure dating groups) are also good.

3) Work out some - walking 15 minutes is enough.

4) Eat good food.
