I liked the joke. It did get a bit old for me after half a day, so I disabled the Nadsat option in the preferences. Karsten--whose technical chops exceed mine by several orders of magnitude--couldn't figure this out? To the flames with him indeed.

Well, I didn't, either.

If I read that post where Scott claims he mentioned the setting, then either it was so late in the day that I didn't care any more, or (more likely) I didn't notice that point.

Anyway, it never occurred to me to look for it in the settings.

Then again, that might have been because it didn't bother me very much; it really wasn't all that hard to read.

(Not that I know if this has any significance to you whatsoever -- haven't the faintest where you rank me relative to Karsten on "technical chops".)
