Pretty close...
...except the people driving by would only get $10 based upon their vehicle type.
Any foreign, expensive imports would be subject to the same luxury seat tax.
This is all due, of course, to the fact that the game was a sellout (alot of people in the cheap seats...some of them actually >had< the money to sit further down...but nothing was availalble)...and since the "cheap seats" are so cheap...a plan has been introduced that will provided a "luxury like" experience for those poor souls trapped on the upper floors.
Otherwise it looks pretty accurate;-)
