Welcome to IWETHEY!

New My sister does.
Anyone who is serious about the net does not. But a lot of people out there still use dialup.

A lot of my co-workers use Treos as well. That's slower than dialup.

Cheers,
Ben

New I love my Treo!
New It works for me
I'm not all that "serious" I guess, I just run mail, a few groups, and sites like this one, and that's really the main stuff.

We've had a lot of obstacles in our way to getting DSL, but we might manage to overcome them next year. Meanwhile, I'm happy with my new faster speed dial-up modem.

New You're in SBC-Land...Don't hold breath!
I'm in the largest city (and the count seat) of what's purported to be the Richest county this side of the Mississippi, and I can't get DSL. (My daughter, on the other hand, who lives 5 miles outside of Bumfuck Heights in central Illinoise, had DSL pre-installed into her new houls. Go figure.) Promises of service RSN, where RSN is, at current count, > 5 years (i.e. it's been 5 years since they promised service in my area "RSN").

Puh-leeze!

Do yourself a favor, and call your cable company.
