That is a rather extreme claim. Do you have any evidence for this happening recently?

Anyhow, it often seems that when one looks closely at the contracts, the slick lawyers out-lawyer the poorer lawyers using creative interpretation and fine print. It is not outright contract breach.

New yes, have you had a hep C vacine?
It was tested on my family among others for the human trials. All other vaccines are also tested on Indians first.

New I know there have been serious abuses...
but I still think that "all" is a bit extreme of a claim.

New yes all, it is explained to us that since we have
the highest incidences of "insert disease name here" it is to our people benefit to trial it. If you dont agree you are hounded by social workers. At least they tell us now 20 yrs ago they just gave them to you. BIA Indian Health Service government medicine at your service.
