Post #84,011 by jb4 2/25/03 1:28:45 PM Reply	I think you misunderstood according tot he Chicago Tribune's story on the topic, Powell's "fierce opposition" was to the rest of the ruling, in which the Big 4 pigopoly was not allowed to rape the long distance companies for using hteir lines to provide service. Powell actually likes these two provisions. Arkadiy is right...he is an asshole.
