New very simple solution
since HMO's dont pay docs squat. Have the docs who usually have 80% HMO and medicare type patients turn over the liability of their actions to the HMO's who tell them what kind of care to give. I will accept your cheapass HMO reimbursement as long as the contract indicates any suit by a patient of YOURS is covered by YOU. Problem solved by capitalism at its best. Since HMO's cannot be sued per Federal banning of the constitution all medical increases should be lowered. Please hold your breath until this happens and we will notify any survivors of any legal decisions in your favor.
