Last week was not a good week
My mother died last Thursday. She had been on a feeding tube since last March and her body just finally gave out.
I had been spending a lot of time taking care of her and trying to mediate some issues between my sisters; a role that I wasn't very good at. At times I let my frustrations get the better of me when I was posting here and for that I do apologize.

That's rough.
Condolences for your loss. Caring for someone and losing them is very difficult. It's especially tough to lose a parent.
Welcome back.
Take care. Hang in there.
Cheers, Scott.

Sorry
For what it's worth, I didn't noticed you being harsh. Then again, I don't notice me when I'm being harsh either.

Thank you all for your kind words
She was in a lot of pain at the end and the morphine didn't seem to make a dent. At the end, she was receiving what they called fragile patient care given by a hospice. They were very nice people doing a difficult job during an emotional, stressful time.
Thanks again.
