Seen it here during some protests...where folks are very deliberate in ensuring their "rights" by being overly zealous with the police, making sure they get arrested, then making sure they tell their side of the story to make their continued point about how they were wronged.

Considering some of the content at infowars, I find it likley that his response to the officer that was audible in the video telling him it was time to go was probably something less than "Ok officer" and probably more like "I have a right to be here and ask him questions and you can't tell me otherwise or your just part of the problem of the nazification of the country" which was answered with a pair of stainless bracelets and a disorderly charge.
