New 'Easypass' for everything. At every intersection
and driveway. Has the 'beneficial' side effect of allowing the cops to give you speeding tickets without effort, and allows the Dept. of Homeland Security to monitor the movements of citizens terrorists. Since this is the US, economic libertarianism will trump social libertarianism every time.
