If you're going to do lots of exercises, build up to them gradually and give your body a chance to adjust to increasing muscle mass and bulk. Circulatory problems can kill.


It's taken me about 6 months to get to this point. In my case, I'm far more scared of ripping a tendon, very common with my EDS. So I don't do any of the free weights (too much range of motion I can't control) and I spend 2 months in a given weight before moving up to the next one.
