New Come to Kingston
We don't have smoking on the patios, either.

I smoke, but I like the ban; it makes the bars much more pleasant, and since I've smoked outside only for a very long time now, it's not a big strain to me.

New Been there, far drive
Aside from any childhood visits which I don't remember, I was in Kingston with my girlfriend last 2-4 weekend for lunch on the way to Montreal. We got there a bit early, parked down by the waterfront and wandered into downtown proper. After getting a look at things we ate at The Kingston Brewing Company. Nice food and beer.

Wow, a reasonable smoker. Small group you lot.

New Doing both in June
Montreal: June 1 - 4
Kingston: June 4 (afternoon lunch)

My girlfriend and I are taking the train out to Montreal and very likely renting a car to drive back to Toronto hence the stop in Kingston for lunch. We'll be doing the beer festival on the 1st in the afternoon with any spillover into Friday afternoon. There's a whole whack of various places we want to go including the St. Elisabeth pub which will be near our accomondations. When leaving I want to make a stop at Le Goblet outside of Montreal. We'll be hauling back a whole whack of beer we can't get at the LCBO.

So after that long-winded spiel, yeah a meetup for a pint would be cool wherever is convenient.
