Watching out for that.
I'm taking this one REAL slow. The upper brain is in full control. (Yaright.)

To hell with slow.
My most rewarding and memorable relationships hve all hit the sack on the first or second date. My extended courtships have been uniformly disappointing.
Women all say they want a slow and extended courtship, but if you try it don't expect any respect. Sure there's exceptions, but the rule rules.

I'm *NOT* doing that for her.
It's for me that I've got this in mind - don't you remember, I broke up with my ex about a month ago?

I think what he's actually saying is
fuck that, and fuck her.
If it's over, it's over, might as well get right back in the saddle.
Or, as my friend Steve says variably, "if things didn't end badly, then they wouldn't end," and "the best way to get over the last one is to get a new one."

I'm always here in spirit
Just dont have the time to pop in very often anymore since starting the new job. Seems everyone wants a piece of me these days (and not in a good way). Once I get a solid practice built up I'll have more free time. Maybe another month. Until then, know that I frequently mull your comments over in my my head and sputter to myself.

As a long time enthusiast of Quantum Physics . . .
. . I hold that a behavior does not exist until it is observed**. Having wasted an incredible amount of time and effort over my liefetime trying to observe various women responding to courtship I've concluded that behavior just may not exist in real life.
In any case, I'm an older guy now and don't have time for that sort of nonsense any more. If that means I have to go back to toothbrush management, well, that's what I'll do. At least that was fun.
** Of course I understand that observing it will change it, but to change it you first have to observe it.

consider that, whether Mr. S's famous box is open or shut: that cat may be neither dead nor alive; the cat may be a Republican.
