Welcome to IWETHEY!

New I'm with ya.
It all sucks in one way or another. I'm not a developer here anymore because we're becoming a Java shop. I have reasons for disliking it but I feel no compulsion to list those to anyone whose sole argument in favorite of it is calling anyone an "idiot" who dares question the propaganda that IBM and SUN have spewed out over the years claiming that Java will take us all to the land of milk and honey. I'm getting tired of being unable to even joke about Java w/out childish attacks.
bcnu,
Mikem

It would seem, therefore, that the three human impulses embodied in religion are fear, conceit, and hatred. The purpose of religion, one might say, is to give an air of respectibility to these passions. -- Bertrand Russell
New That's what you get for being a one-note fiddle.

Use P2P for legitimate purposes!
New Not as hard as it does to be you.
We'll get over Dubya, will you get over Blair? The anti-freedom campaign on your lousy little island? I think not. Have a nice day - while your government still allows you to do that. Fuckwit.
bcnu,
Mikem

New Ooh, politics.
Our "lousy little island". "Anti-freedom".

Really, I'm hurt. I'm stung.

Oh, wait. The other thing.

Not.

All the subject-changing and mindless pseudopolitical potshots won't alter the fact that you gibber like a loon every time someone mentions Java, therefore rendering your ability to joke about it null.

New If that's the case...
... then WTF is with calling me an "apologist"?

"Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson..."
New That was over the top.
My apologies. Over-reaction to Peter's over-reaction to my little joke. I started to put the sarcasm tag in but *thought* everyone would recognize it as such. Gotta remember to do that for the lessor minds...

But, I do apologize to you.

Mikem
