dreams can be predictive retrospectally

dang! thats what it meant is the usual expression. However, I did dream of my house that I am buying, months before I saw it. The location was wrong, I had placed it in Alaska in my dream. Now the question is, was I drawn to the house because of my dream or did I pre-cog what I would end up with. The house was found on a random drive by, no net or realtor assistance.
