What a lesson

This points out one of the big problems with the country. Everybody wants to sue everyone else for anything they can get. The family had offered to pay her medical bills, but she wasn't happey with that. she had to drag the kids into court to try to get more. At least the judge didn't give her more, but considering the family was already offering to pay, I think if I were judge, I'd make the lady pay the court costs that shouldn't have been needed.
