I had a person with 3 machines convinced that XP would solve

all his problems, after spending about 100 hrs over several months installing re-installing uncrashing and de virusing he called again convinced I needed to reinstall from scratch. I suggested he call someone else because I was extremely busy. I havnt heard back.
