Chief Technical Officer, SEC Biotechnologies
Research Specialist, Center for Experimental Therapeutics
Research Associate, Office of Health Services Research
Co-Principal Investigator, Data and Statistics Core, Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion

and the most modern language he lists on his resume is C.

Something looks fishy. I don't believe this guy has been hands on since the early '80s.
