New From what I understand
The Prophet interprited the words of God, just like any other Prophet in scripture did. Johna did the same thing, except he refused to give a message to the enemy of his people.

We are working hard with Islamic run countries to improve relations with them. Many are striking out intoleance and doing what they can to improve their economy and learn from us. This is a big step towards bringing peace and democracy to those areas. If we do a good job with Iraq, other countries will see what our way isn't really that bad and can improve their lives. Maybe they will abandon their old ways of doing things for new ways.
