Where to go for help.
Go to:

Click on their security guide. See if it helps you.
For whatever you do, don't post on a Newsgroup from your NT/W2K Server saying you need security help, if you do, post from a different IP address.
Also earn some points at:

They can answer the questions for you.
For Exchange:

Also for NT/W2K FAQs:

You'll also want the latest security updates:

Make sure that you don't have any blank passwords for admin accounts or any other accounts, nor any easy to guess passwords. Don't run anything as the Administrator account, only use an account that only has access to the resources it needs to access.
Also I put more links at:

I got in trouble for putting them there, without much context, but hey they are valid links that will help someone. So what if I didn't write four paragraphs per link?
I feel sorry for you, because most people online will either tell you to find another job, or switch to a different OS/Software. But when your boss tells you to use MS Products, what can you do?
Good luck!
