Immediate processing, prompt and thorough cleanup and disinfection of all tools and work surfaces keeps the facility safe and non-smelly. Fish not eaten same day is frozen and shrink wrapped. Only place there's any fish smell at all is in the freezer compartment (I freeze spread out on plastic and before wrapping because faster freezing means better fish).
