Perhaps that vote will be 99:1 - in the spirit of Unity, like the last patriotic test - wherein we went from Constitutional Republic to, Combined Congress-Executive branch, Selected by Judicial branch.

What ever happened to "The Fourth Estate" - The Press? Uh.. never mind.

(Of course too, in such times as these - Red Herrings might fly. And.. 3 YEARS 30 days to go - if there's an election, that is.)
