New Is it still a "Primary" partition
or is it an Externded partition? I am not sure if an Extended partition can boot, but I know that a primary one will.

You also may have to update the boot files, just Re-SYS the partition if it is a primary one. See if that helps. I hope you kept your Windows/DOS boot disks.

I've even disabled Boot Manager and told the system to only boot Windows. Still no luck.

Extended partitions can boot, OS/2 and Linux do that fine. Only Windows requires itself to be in a Primary Partition.
