New If you are getting a display on the TV menu
to cycle through the input choices, then it might possibly be the tuner that is out of wack. Maybe the cable guy sent a spike through your cable when he yanked it out? Unlikely, but possible.

New nope, zero display of any kind, no menu
trying all of the connections by memory. They cycle fine just Zero video

usually you can at least get the TV Menu from the built in display.
