Some ISPs will allow you to put one of your boxes
on their internal network for a fee. You buy the box, install the software, and then pay them a fee to put the box on their internal network and assign an IP address to it. I think it is costly, but it can be done.
The fee would also be for monitoring the uptime of the box and having an administrative account on it to fix things for you.
