This does NOT equate to "the world" backing a position...or "the world" not supporting a war. This equates to however many protesters there were feeling compelled to voice their opinion. Point...in case you feel inclined to miss it again...one cannot say "the world supports x" based on this. It would not be accepted in kind by the original poster (or a multitude of others here) much the same as I was asked to supply a poll backing my assertion...then did supply that poll...and all of a sudden..."well they didn't ask the question right"...etc...ad nauseum. So...how about you stop knee-jerk reacting to statements and follow the bouncing ball? (PS...the link you provided also requires a hefty download in addition to flash...and...no agenda there at all, eh?) Its quite an organizational accomplishment to stage that many protests in that many locations and get that kind of a turnout. His answert was - the press is hysteric, but the ordinary people he knows don't quite care about Saddam one way or another. Just another data point. -- We have only 2 things to worry about: That things will never get back to normal, and that they already have.
