New Don't think so...
He is into heavy duty DBs and Perl. I know some about that stuff, but I don't do it everyday for a living. In any case, the resume is [link|http://pages.cthome.net/arkadiy/ResumeAfterNetops.DOC|here].

things will never get back to normal, and that they already have.
New Hmm. No resume
I clicked and got an obnoxious message
about AbiWord not being able to figure
out the fonts,

Not that I WANTED AbiWord to read it, but
I assume my Konquerer default for the .DOC
file kicked it off. I suggest you replace
it with plain HTML.

Also, ypu, if you hate Perl, you'd hate
working at my place. We LOVE it.
New Re: Hmm. No resume
OK, try this [link|http://pages.cthome.net/arkadiy/ResumeAfterNetops.htm|link]. I usually use emacs for my documents, but resume is an exception - too many headhunters want it in Word.

As to Perl... I have nothing against scripting languages like TCL and Python. But Perl's syntactic baroque drives me crazy. 10 different syntaxes for one thing, some with subtle performance implications, backward compatibility to a fault. I can't program in a language for which I couldn't write a parser. May be Perl 6 will be cleaner - one can always hope.

New A typo: C+ should be C or C++.
