I can see why, but you can do the brick salt and pepperbox

in albany with a stately elm stump in the front yard. Think of fresh maple syrop in the spring, enjoy shoveling snow and you can let the grass grow to your armpits in some places. Hope it sells soon, I know what kind of nightmare I went thru. Pullin for ya.
