Is it a bad idea to drive a small Kia SUV over a septic tank and a green field?
I've got land. Not a lot but more than I ever had before. I have a six-car gravel front area, concrete slab leading to my front door on with the house that faces sideways, and a deep lot with a huge locked shed in the back that has all my crap that I dropped off.
When I dropped it off there was a dolly here. Big wheels wagon. It's gone now. And my back hurts. But I want my stuff that is currently in the back shed.
Is it safe to drive my small SUV, kia niro, over the septic tank and green field or it is it bad and I should not do it?

Should be OK AFAICT -- except that septic tank sounds fishy.
Walk it first and check for huge sharp rocks or tree stumps. But most shit smaller than a foot-long sharp shard oughta be drive-overable. Walk it mainly to find the drive-aroundable route for bigger stuff. (One reason to keep one's grass cut short[ish]; lots of folks nowadays saying there aren't all that many more.)
That's about not damaging the car. The other risk is of course getting stuck; all reason says that's more a question of tyres than vehicle. The (not De*) Niro is front-wheel-drive, AIUI, but four-wheel-drive shouldn't be required. I mean, sure, if your backyard is a plowed field, then at least don't do it on a very rainy day and with ultra-slippery summer racing slicks... Hm, come to think of it: Besides wet dirt, wet grass is also slippery as fuck. (The other reason for cutting it.)
[EDIT:] Oops, forgot the septic tank. Whaddayamean "over a septic tank"? Is there no way around it?!? You're talking old-fashioned concrete thingy then, I take it? Here in the Nordics they're made all outta plastic nowadays, and I certainly wouldn't drive over plastic. Check the specs on that fucker, or find a route around it. [/EDIT]
All in all: Walk it first to check for big hidden obstacles to avoid, don't pick a very wet day when shit is more slippery than usual, and you should be fine -- except for the septic tank. Check that thoroughly.

Jeez, for the man who knows everything that advice sucked.
Do it, don't do it you are safe you are f*****.
I think I got to go buy a dolly.
It is the only path through the driveway to the shed in the back. Either I can go over it or I can't. There is no concept of maybe.
The Kia can easily handle the bumps. It is a matter of will I crush anything and cause damage. Can't take chances on that.

Yes, you're right to be concerned.

tl;dr - don't drive over it.
HTH a bit.
Careful with the back.
Good luck!
Cheers, Scott.

Need to be careful with septic fields
Any sort of construction, etc. needs to have the machines avoid the drain field. I wouldn't drive over one. Something small like a skidder, maybe, if there were a plywood path to distribute the weight.
That said, newer fields are PVC, not clay pipes. At any rate I wouldn't want to compact it at all.

He left behind an industrial hand truck
If I need more than that I will buy a dolly with really big wheels. I will not roll over the septic field with the vehicle.
