How is "Free College" an incremental program? They aren't. Bernie has no plans to do things incrementally. He has "fix it my way or the highway" sound bites. It won't work. Cheers, Scott.

If Wall Street needs a trillion or so, the President can delegate the authority to give it to them over the week-end, no problem.
