Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Our backs are a weak part in the design.
I had never had issues with mine until I tried to shift some storage shelves at work without noticing that the bottom shelf had dug into the linoleum. (yank, yank, *pop* - ow - that didn't sound good.)

It took about 3 weeks before I could use the clutch in my car without pain.

As Scott says above, try to stretch. I hang from the top of a doorway for a minute or so every night and gently wiggle my back around a bit. I also do leg presses occasionally to try to stretch out my knees and muscles in my legs - they're all connected after all.

It seems to help, but I know things still aren't right so I have to be gentle with it.

I hope you find a way to get back on your feet soon. Good luck.

Cheers,
Scott.
New also I use a book and a doorway to press out kinks.
place haedcover book between back and door frame, press strongly against the opposite side of door and listen for the popping sound
