Usually I'd let this illogic pass, but, observe your comments:

Nope. I assume you mean "major carriers" by "commercial traffic" which isn't right, but I think I understand.

Nope again. They refute you. Commercial traffic was cleared, then private charters could fly again. The fact that most major carriers didn't fly immediately upon being cleared is irrelevant. You initially claimed that you flew charter when the majors were "grounded". That is flatly false.
