Early voting is heavily weighted toward the elderly and retired, etc., - IOW, more conservative folks. In many places, absentee ballots don't get counted unless the results are close, so it doesn't appeal to me personally.
What happens if the teabaggers don't win races they've convinced themselves they should win? History tells us it won't be pretty. They're not going to blame their candidates - they're going to look for boogiemen to blame, as they've been doing the whole time. "New Black Panther Party" ring a bell?
I suspect there are going to be a lot of results that are closer than the propagandists claim. Turnout is key (as it always is in close races). This election isn't going to go down exactly the way the polls have indicated. There is going to be some disappointment on both sides.
Boehner won't get his 100 new seats is a safe bet, I think.
We'll see what happens.
