Just heard on the radio in the car that existing home sales have fallen off and median price has risen. Not 100% sure if they were talking local or national numbers - but I *think* the announcer said national. I'll try to find a link.

New Existing home sales fell off drastically
lowest rate since this time 2003.

It has some folks worried though I give most of the issue to the crap weather.

Also, the doomsday predictions will focus on the "largest drop in 2 decades" on a percentage basis. Reality is that homes sales have been in record territory over and over and over again for the past 5 years. Sooner or later it was going to have to settle back to a more realistic pace.

Prices were off .3% for the month.
