Two days left on the job
And I get a going away present:

I'm heading out to the airport now to do a debriefing with ramp workers of the 2 airlines impacted. Apparently a lot of people saw the guy get crushed. We also have a scheduled disaster drill that starts in an hour where we run through a mock crash.
And I'm dealing with a suicidal airline employee down in FL.
Two more days, two more days, two more days...

Remember to leave your mark (nice or nasty)
Matthew Greet
Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on a Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin? - Mark Renton, Trainspotting.

Nice. Always nice
This is a small industry. The same people recycle in and out of jobs. Gotta be careful not to burn any bridges.
It went okay. When the adrenalin kicked in I didnt mind being there. It was actually kinda fun. But I was wiped out when I got home, so I stopped at the store and picked up some lovely limoncello. I was looking for that orangey stuff Seamus recommended but decided I needed something with more of a bite. Plus, it came in a very pretty bottle which I shall fill with shells or pebbles or whatnot once it is empty.

Tuaca has bite
But, I came across it at a local shop, but I've not seen it carried by a lot of liquor stores.

Its not the man's job to make his sandwich. Hello?
We posture as apostles of fair play, as good sportsmen, as professional knights-errant-- and we throw beer bottles at the umpire when he refuses to cheat for our side...We save the black-and-tan republics from their native [statesmen]--and flood them with "deserving" democrats of our own. We deafen the world with our whoops for liberty--and submit to laws that destroy our most sacred rights...We play policeman and Sunday-school superintendent to half of Christendom--and lynch a darky every two days in our own backyard.

I was thinking crackers in bed
But a sandwich and a nap, much better. Good thing I was a boy scout.
