Harmony Farms also sells alligator, emu, moose, elk, large chunks of buffalo, snake, kangaroo, ostrich, and various other common critters. Always thought "Harmony Farms" was an odd name for such a place, but I suppose they may have taken the name over over from a dairy and vegiberger enterprise. Kind of like "Whole Foods for Life" down in Glendale where I got the [link\|http://www.clovegarden.com/ingred/xsturgeon.html\|sturgeon] - now a Slavic & Romanian market with a few Mexican items.
